when shopping at under-under.eu, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions upon completing your order. we strongly encourage you to review the following terms and conditions before making any purchases on our site. if you have questions or need clarification on any part of these terms & conditions, please contact our customer service team at support@under-under.eu before placing your order.

placing an order
we reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
incorrect or unverifiable payment details.
suspected fraud, criminal activity, or any unlawful intent linked to your order.
errors on our website, such as pricing mistakes or items being out of stock.
payments will only be processed when your order is ready for dispatch. if an order is canceled, no payment will be captured.

deliveries and shipping
orders are shipped within three working days (monday–friday). european and international orders are handled by dhl. a tracking number will be sent to your email upon dispatch. all shipments originate from italy. please note: under is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. we ensure careful packaging to minimise the risk of damage.

if the country of destination cannot be found in the checkout process, contact our customer service team at support@under-under.eu to check the fee.

pricing, vat, and customs
eu orders: vat is calculated based on the customer’s country and displayed at checkout per european oss rules.
international non-eu orders: prices are vat-free. any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
refusing a shipment makes the customer liable for original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and return fees. these amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

returns
you can return items within 14 days of receipt. products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. customers are responsible for return shipping costs. to exchange for a different size or style, place a new order and return the unwanted item as outlined below.

how to return
please email support@under-under.eu with the subject line "return" followed by your order number. you can find your order number in the order confirmation email. 
clearly label the return package as "return" on customs paperwork and declare the correct value to avoid delays or additional fees (especially for non-eu returns).

refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after the return is received. refunds are issued to the original payment method. under is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
